Laser Cutting

LOD Fabworks utilizes multiple high-precision laser cutting machines that allow us to produce parts for many different industries. Some of those industries include: Commercial, industrial, medical, aerospace, agricultural, automotive, oil and gas, construction, and many more. Laser cutting parts out of sheet steel offers the absolute highest precision, most efficient, and absolute best edge quality for your parts. No secondary processing needed. Our laser-cutting equipment can handle both large and small parts made out of thick or thin steel. One of our laser cutting machines is equipped with a fully automated loading and unloading system, allowing us to provide customers with precision parts on time and at the most efficient cost to them. LOD Fabworks can cut prototype parts in large (thousands) or small quantities, depending on your project's requirements.

Precision metal fabrication has the ability to produce small and large batches of parts or complex designs and large metal weldments. Further, it can accommodate both custom creations and stock designs. Additionally, some pieces also require assembly. After fabrication, multi-element products are assembled and joined, often welded together for superior joint strength. We want to be a one-stop shop for all your custom steel fabrication needs. For a company that requires metal services for its production process, outsourcing is a solution to these challenges.

Forming

LOD Fabworks has multiple press brakes ranging in size from 50 tons to 165 tons, giving us the ability to bend and form laser blanked parts to customer specifications. We have invested in the most advanced press brake on the market, which utilizes computer-controlled dynamic crowning to ensure your parts come out bent to the exact angle you need, whether your parts are 1” wide or 120” wide. This press also has a 6 axis back gauge, which gives us the ability to bend very difficult parts that other fabricators could not do. We also have the ability to bend and form prototype parts, large quantity runs of parts, and small quantity runs of parts in the most efficient manner possible to reduce part costs for our customers. We can bend one part or thousands of parts, depending on the customer's needs. Give us a call or send us an email of your project that you need quoted and we will be more than happy to help you with your next project.

We have the ability to bend tubing. We utilize a computer-controlled mandrel bender that can bend up to 3” tubing with a wall thickness of .125”. This mandrel bender makes amazing bends on round tubing with little to no deformation in the bends, even on tight radii.
